General Terms and Conditions

1. Sales Prices, Invoicing, Payment Methods

Our prices are in Swiss Francs, including VAT. Transport and shipping costs are not included in the listed prices.

1. Validity of Conditions and Prices

The prices published at the time of the order apply. We reserve the right to make changes to the assortment, vintage, prices, conditions, availability of wines, as well as to correct obvious errors and typos.

1. Pickup and Cash Discounts per Order

We offer a 5% discount on non-discounted items for pickup orders.

1. Delivery Conditions

We offer free shipping throughout Switzerland for orders over CHF 150. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is CHF 15. Orders are usually delivered within 2-4 days.

1. Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within 30 days net from the invoice date. Late fees and interest may be charged. We also reserve the right to deliver against credit card or advance payment. No invoices will be issued for orders outside of Switzerland.

1. Retention of Title and Right of Withdrawal

Until full payment is received, the goods remain the property of Monafaro GmbH. In the event of payment default, we reserve the right to withdraw from the purchase contract.

1. Sale to Minors

Monafaro GmbH sells alcoholic beverages only to persons over the age of 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase.

1. Liability

Any liability related to our offer (including incorrect images, texts, and prices) and delivery is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

1. Emailing

Order data may be used for sending newsletters or event announcements related to wine. Any further use or disclosure is excluded. Customers can unsubscribe from this service at any time.

1. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Our business activities are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
